The farm is an integral part of Valle di Assisi Hotel & Resort. The olive trees and vineyards, which surround the Estate, are the real protagonists of the place: they contribute to making the stay inside the Resort, thanks to the constant relationship with the land and its products, a real "experience".
The winery, near the "Villa del Pagliaio", is the heart of the company. The wines produced are the "Vigna d'I Frati", the "Ceccomatto", the "Canto" and the "Recanto", the wine of excellence of Valle di Assisi. You can take guided tours of the winery at any time of year and stop at the tasting room.
