The exhibition itinerary is divided into an ancient mill, the result of the incorporation of three different houses and used until the last century. Since 2000 it has been the headquarters of the Olive and Oil Museum, conceived and created at the initiative of Giorgio and Maria Grazia Lungarotti. Supported by the family business and managed by the Lungarotti Foundation, the museum retraces the history and the different uses of olive and oil without geographical and temporal limitations.
